LOCATION: Clitheroe, Lancashire JOB TITLE: Cleaner with additional Site Duties SALARY & BENEFITS: SCP 12, £8,07 per hour WORKING HOURS: Part Time 25 hour per week Monday-Friday hours ranging from (5.45-8.00am and 3.30-6.15pm) THE COMPANY: Our client is a mixed selective 11-18 grammar school with academy status. Their main school (Years 7-11) has approximately 600 pupils with a sixth form centre with around 600 students from over 40 secondary schools. Founded in 1554 our clients school has provided a centre of excellence, offering superb teaching and learning opportunities. Maintaining a very strong academic record and being one of the countrys highest achieving school, students benefit greatly from outstanding teaching, exceptional pastoral care and first class facilities. An exciting opportunity has now arisen for a Cleaner with additional site duties to join our clients well established grammar school based in Clitheroe, Lancashire. THE ROLE: The main purpose for the Cleaner with additional site duties based in Clitheroe, Lancashire is under the general guidance of the Estates Manager, to contribute to the smooth running of the School by carrying out a range of cleaning and site related duties. This will include cleaning, security, supervision and maintenance. THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate for the Cleaner with additional site duties position based in Clitheroe, Lancashire role will possess a flexible attitude in regards to hours of work and day to day core tasks. You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to develop effective working relationships. The post holder will be smart and presentable, demonstrate great attention to detail and will take pride in the tasks they complete. To be considered for this position you must be punctual with the ability to start days beginning as early as 5.45am, candidates will preferably have their own driving licence with access to their own transport or live within a commutable walk-able/ cycling distance.
