EXPERIENCED ENERGY FROM WASTE GENERAL MANAGER / PLANT MANAGER / OPERATIONS MANAGER REQUIRED TO DRIVE FORWARD EXPANDING ANAEROBIC DIGESTION INFRASTRUCTURE TITLE: Multi-Plant General Manager – Waste Management / Anaerobic Digestion Operations Salary: £45-50,000 plus Bonus, Pension, Laptop, Mobile, Life Assurance, Overtime Location: Candidates will be considered from Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and surrounding area. Relocators with anaerobic digestion experience will also be considered. Client: Client is looking for an experienced Plant Manager to oversee and Anaerobic Digestion / Biogas / CHP / EfW plant in their growing business. Experience in a similar role in the following sectors would be ideal: Anaerobic Digestion, Brewery, Food, In-Vessel Composting, EfW, Energy from Waste, Biogas, Landfill Gas, Chemical Production, Oil, Gas, Petroleum RESPONSIBILITIES – Multi-Plant General Manager – Waste Management / Anaerobic Digestion You will oversee the operations at multiple waste management sites ensuring KPIs are met, and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policy are adhered to. You will develop the teams to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled and performance levels are kept to a high standard. You will ensure all maintenance schedules are adhered to. You will have full financial responsibility for Responsible for cost control and budget management EXPERIENCE - Multi-Plant General Manager – Waste Management / Anaerobic Digestion Operations Experience in a senior position Excellent safety record ideally NEBOSH or above Any engineering experience a bonus Excellent man and change management skills Experience managing contractors Experience in a related process industry: Anaerobic Digestion, Brewery, Food, In-Vessel Composting, EfW, Energy from Waste, Biogas, Landfill Gas, Chemical Production, Oil, Gas, and Petroleum WAMITAB COTC4 (Certificate of technical competence) ideally in Biological Waste Treatment Experience with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 & 14001
