Are you are a creative and experienced marketing professional looking for an opportunity to apply your background to a fast-growing, international business? We have an opportunity available for a dynamic and driven individual to join the marketing function as Group Marketing Manager and shake things up! Your ultimate aim is to make sure people love working with us! Your remit is broad and you will have the opportunity to get involved in projects from redesigning our group websites, supporting the implementation of our Internal Comms Strategy to identifying new tools that will help connect our clients with the best talent ahead of the competition. You will also be organising a global event series ‘Inclusive Talent’, which will involve planning and executing events in locations such as Singapore, San Francisco and New York. You will report into the Global Head of Marketing & Bids and work within a small marketing team, leaving huge room for career progression and a great platform to have immediate influence. You will also have management responsibility, leading the development and progression of a Digital Marketing Executive based here in London and a Marketing Co-ordinator in New York. Experience: o 3-5 years’ experience creating and managing global marketing campaigns o Experience of running multi-platform marketing campaigns, including email, websites, social/professional networks and events o Budget planning and management o Strong digital marketing experience Skills & Knowledge o Excellent written skills o Strong verbal communication skills o Ability to work across multiple global offices and manage multiple stakeholders o Ability to simultaneously run multiple projects Phaidon International is a global staffing group with 8 micro-specialist recruitment brands.
