Our Client a Telecommunications Giant is looking for a Director of Product and Strategy with extensive technical experience of IP Voice. This is a contract role based in Central London for 12 months. The successful candidate must have * A background working in strategic roles with strong IP Voice experience. * Ability to use insight to make strategic and operational decisions that support the growth &quality aspirations of the unit * Strong proposition / product development and in life management skills ≤adership * Excellent business, commercial ⊃plier/vendor management skills * Excellent understanding of the current market and all IP Voice Products * Experience to develop the Switch and IP Comms strategy ∈itiatives * Experience of creating and delivering the strategy * Experience of leading on the strategic development (design, build and launch) of new products and future propositions * Capability to innovate and 'think out of the box' to deliver products and solutions which meet customer requirements * Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills, the ability to shape and influence key stakeholders * Experience of using competitor and market insight to reshape product and commercial propositions in order to support business growth and the customer experience. * Own the relationships with strategically important 3rd party vendors for these products, deciding the approach, opportunities and commercial value This is a high level strategic role managing a team of up to 23 people, all at managerial level. You will be dealing with influential senior stakeholders, requiring someone who is articulate, able to take complex terminology and turn it into simple language.
