Customer Service Representative - Evenings Starting April 2016 £7.20 per hour rising to £7.35 after probation + pension + more                                                             Our team We provide a high quality service to our trade and DIY customers who order from our catalogues and website. We take their orders, process payments and expertly deal with all kinds of queries. Taking over 40,000 calls per week we strive to handle all calls at first response - no one likes repeating themselves! Rest assured, there’s no hard sell involved as we pride ourselves on delivering sales through great service. Starting in our Training Team you will begin to take our general calls. Product knowledge is not essential as you will receive top notch training, have the support from our wider team, and excellent tools to help you through your day. We go out of our way to provide a work environment that motivates and encourages everyone. Our aim is to develop your skills and make the most of your potential. That’s why we have an award winning contact centre. About You You’ll be great at engaging with customers, creating a personal and positive experience through building strong relationships and rapport. You’ll thrive under pressure and possess a good level of resilience – our Contact Centre can get very busy! You’ll possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as you’ll be talking to a variety of people with a wide range of requirements. Basic computer literacy is desirable but we will train you fully on our systems. Working Hours 16 or 20 hours per week between Monday and Friday and between the hours of 5pm and 9pm.
