An exciting opportunity has arisen for two Installation and Service Engineers to join a successful designer and manufacturer of industrial manipulators for over 25 years. The company are world leaders in supplying state of the art material handling solutions and are based in Clay Cross, Derbyshire. These roles would suit people with any engineering background as the company is willing to consider candidates who are seeking a fresh challenge and who may require re-training and have the ability to quickly learn additional skills. Duties will include: * To prepare and install machines and tooling in accordance with best industry practice. * To attend customer sites to repair/maintain and install equipment as required and to the required standard * To develop ongoing successful relationships with our customers * To ensure that all work undertaken complies with the Company's Health and Safety policy and procedures Our Ideal Candidates: We are looking for candidates with competencies such as being a good team player, able to produce high results consistently, good customer focus and communication, good planning and organisation as well as self-motivation and discipline. * Will have Mechanical, Pneumatic and Electrical knowledge relative to the machines and tooling supplied by the company and possess a relevant apprenticeship/qualification. * Will have the ability to produce highly accurate work * Will be able to complete workload and tasks achieving deadlines. * Will be able to complete associated paperwork and provide reports as required * Will be IT Literate to an intermediate standard * Will be able to work flexibly and be able to travel - some overnight stops and weekend work required * Will have a clean UK Driving Licence As previously stated, if you have an engineering background and may require retraining in our field of expertise, this is something we are willing to consider to build on your existing knowledge in an engineering environment.
