Key Accountabilities include: Full P&L responsibility for the UK online storeTeam Management and DevelopmentMonthly reporting of sales performance and associated KPI’sSet the dashboard and metrics structure for successDeveloping annual plans and preparing quarterly forecasts.Help the business plan for further international expansionYou will be reporting directly to the Management Board Driving Traffic Maintain and grow our visitor market share across core channels available to us in our industryCreate and implement plans for SEO optimisation, affiliates and emails for the benefit of all our sales channels (online store and retail).Explore and propose other opportunities to reach new customers Conversion and Retention Increase our Conversion Rate and improve Customer Life Time ValueDrive customer experience improvement projects such as improved delivery options, free returns, complimentary shipping, etc.Manage the database of customer information and lead CRM projects towards building customer loyalty.Implement catalogue campaigns towards reaching both current and lapsed customers. Leading Online Revenue Growth Work closely with other departments to drive our mid term e-commerce agenda and priorities and ensure these are in line with agreed strategiesManage and guide external agencies to deliver initiatives and activity within the timeframes specified and ensure that the company's work ethic, brand values and mission are upheld at all timesMaintain a current and relevant level of knowledge of ecommerce, digital and analytics related activity and be fully aware of industry developments and innovationsBe acutely aware of competitor activity and poised at all times to capitalise on opportunities and repel threats.   Misc Working Hours: Full-timeSalary: £60,000
