Company Profile: Our client is a Headhunting firm focusing on the Investment Banking, Private Equity and Corporate Strategy space. Founded in 2013 by two Partners with extensive Financial Services experience, they have relationships with leading Investment Banks, Private Equity firms and FTSE 250 Corporates. The company is quickly expanding and looking to hire entry level Headhunting consultants to join the team. The Role: The role of Junior Headhunting Consultant will initially focus on the candidate side. You will develop candidate management techniques, further building a knowledge map of the investment banking and private equity sector. Once you have built strong networks across specialist areas of private equity and investment banking, you will quickly progress through the company. As a full Consultant you will be responsible for executing mandates independently and working the full lifecycle of the role with both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities: As a Junior Headhunting Consultant, you can expect your responsibilities to include: * Liaising with candidates and assessing their skills and attributes. * Building a network of clients in the private equity, investment banking and fund management sectors. * Bringing a professional, mature approach to headhunting process. * Comfortable with client interaction (telephone as well as face-to-face). * Developing a strong knowledge of the financial services sector. What we're looking for? * A degree from a leading university. * Sales or recruitment experience is a plus. * A desire to work in an entrepreneurial office environment. * Strong communication and networking skills. * An ability to work in a fast-paced, pressured environment. * A desire to be part of a young, burgeoning company. * A European language would be a benefit.
