Dynamics CRM Business Analyst £55k. London. Gold Partner The senior business analyst will work with key business stakeholders and be responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, and support of the company's Dynamics CRM 2013/2015 platform. Must demonstrate a clear understanding of Dynamics CRM and all related technologies. Project management responsibilities include providing day to day leadership, management and coordination of all activities pertaining to project planning and estimating, resource allocation, software development, project status reporting, problem resolution and collaboration with key stakeholders. The roles and responsibilities will entail: • Recording business analysis initiatives and collaborating the results. • Identifying the business needs of the company and also third parties and producing solutions to cater for these. • Reporting to the IT manager over various internal issues. • Reviewing the business processes and trying to optimize these.
