Account Manager Location: Bristol Salary: £25,000, depending on experience About the company Our client is a fully compliant “green” multi service cleaning company providing a high quality local service for all property and workspace needs. They provide cost effective eco cleaning services throughout the South West such as office cleaning, commercial cleaning and industrial cleaning with a proven track record and accreditations. They are looking for an Account Manager to help with the day to day management of their existing portfolio of clients. The Role and Requirements: You will be reporting to the Operations Director and will be involved in a mixture of office and field based activity with regular client meetings. This is a role that requires a high level of responsibility and independence. * Account manage your clients to ensure the greatest commercial benefit to the business * Conduct monthly site audits * Represent the business to external customers where relevant or appropriate * Organise staff cover arrangements Skills You will demonstrate, amongst other things, your ability in the following- * Previous Account Management experience in the cleaning industry * Ability to multi-task and work in a pressurised environment * Ability to identify any potential issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner * Knowledge of Microsoft Office * Knowledge of cleaning materials and machinery * Effective and efficient time management skills * Able and willing to work unsocial hours if necessary You will be required to have: * Full Driving License * Good Communication Skills * A flexible and hardworking approach * The ability to deliver a high level of customer service * A creative and problem solving mindset * Experience in cleaning and facilities management Benefits * Company vehicle and Fuel-Card * Laptop/i-Pad * Company phone Immediate start
