FIFE HEALTH AND SOCIAL CARE PARTNERSHIP FIFE WIDE DIVISION – MENTAL HEALTH CENTRAL FIFE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH NURSE (ADULT) REF NO: FW184/07/16LB SALARY: £26,565 - £35,577 BAND 6 - HOURS: 37.5 An opportunity has arisen for a RMN to join the Central Fife Community Mental Health Nursing Team. The clinical responsibility includes managing a caseload of 18 to 65 year old patients with mental health problems. Liaison within NHS Fife and with referring agencies in Primary Care and the private sector will be essential. The Team operates within the multi-disciplinary framework of a Locality Mental Health Team. Peer support will be from the local Team, with line management from a Senior Nurse. You will be an experienced First Level Registered Mental Health Nurse with a good knowledge of working with adults with psychiatric and psychological disorders. Your current post will be Band 5 or above. You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and IT skills. Ability to travel throughout the area Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5 pm with no requirement for weekend work in normal circumstances.
