Due to the promotion of the current post holder we are now looking to recruit an Experienced Sister/Charge Nurse to the role of Deputy Matron. Bovey Tracey Community Hospital has a 9 bedded in patient ward providing ongoing medical care and rehabilitation to patients from the local and surrounding community. Patients are either admitted directly by their GP or transferred from local acute trusts for rehabilitation and complex discharge planning. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe management and provision of patient care, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times. The post holder will also support the Senior Matron id delivering key performance Indicators.
