Job Description: The Good Care Group are market leaders in providing live in care for people who require assistance with living in their own home. The Good Care Group is founded on the principle that elderly people want to live the best possible lives with the help of first class “Live-In Carer”. We are currently looking for live in carers to work in locations across the UK. If you are a compassionate, caring, cheerful and reliable person willing to give our clients the respect, dignity and support they deserve then we would like to hear from you. We will reward you with a premium salary, bonuses and incentives for performance. We are looking for professional carers to join our Relief Team. We pay salaries of £80 per day, provide free training and complete your CRB checks. We are looking for carers who can: * Work flexible work pattern (including weekends) * Provide service to a client at short notice * Able to work a minimum of 14 days per month (“live in”) We will pay you a minimum of £80 a day and will put you on a 60% retainer so you are guaranteed to earn We will develop you through our excellent free training programme which will include first aid, food hygiene, medications training, communication skills, cooking and supporting specialist conditions such as dementia and Parkinson’s disease. Our programme will also help you to achieve an NVQ qualification. We will value you. You are vital to our success, and we recognise that in the way we employ you directly, train and reward you; we are not an agency.
