Key responsibility • Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis. • designing and expanding training and development programmes. • monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers; Skill required: • Degree from an accredited university in a related discipline • Management skills, problem solving skills. • Good knowledge on designing and delivering training programmes and development • Knowledge in CAD design • Good IT skill and MS Office.
