Sales development representative: Sales Development Representatives (SDR’s) are responsible for identifying, contacting and qualifying potential customers. Working with Account Executives and Enterprise Sales Executives, the SDR’s are responsible for building a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities which the team will develop into billing customers.Opportunities and customers identified by the Sales Development Representatives are instrumental in maintaining Mimeo’s accelerated growth. Responsibilities: Identify Mimeo’s Ideal Customer from allocated prospects and other sources. Utilise research skills to connect with these prospects/ customers within a defined territory. Engage targeted prospects via email, phone and social media. Gain understanding of potential customer’s processes/needs & clearly articulate the Mimeo value proposition. Qualify this match between the customers need and Mimeo solutions. Track and route identified opportunities to appropriate members of the sales organisation. Identify influencers and key decision makers at strategically identified accounts. Liaise with colleagues to arrange Demonstrations of Mimeo solutions to potential customers. Develop the ability to quantify the value of an opportunity. Prioritise tasks around the most appropriate prospects in terms of value and customer need. Maintain detailed and up to date records within the CRM. Requirement: · Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred. · 2 + year’s previous experience in a sales environment. · Demonstrates excellent communication skills – both written and oral. · Confident and ability to influence at all levels. · Enthusiastic and self -motivated. · Pays strong attention to detail and possess excellent organization skills. · Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to multi - task. · Able to collaborate with colleagues and identify potential improvements to processes. · Demonstrate the desire and aptitude to understand Mimeo solutions and processes. · Proficient in the use of Gmail, Google Drive or Microsoft Office, LinkedIn and Google Searching. · Experience with Salesforce.com desirable.
