JOB DESCRIPTION   JOB TITLE:                                     SUPERVISOR   REPORTS TO:                                      MANAGEMENT TEAM SUPERVISES:                                      SALES COLLEAGUES   Your Role Purpose   To provide a supporting role in maximising sales through customer first culture ensuring standards are maintained throughout the store. In the absence of the management team to be accountable and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the store.   Success Profile   ·         Monitors and drives customer first culture in order to maximise sales and create a memorable shopping experience.   ·         Ensures that the team has clear direction and is fully motivated in line with management objectives. Seeks and provides support and guidance where needed.   ·         Plans and manages workload by delegating effectively and always follows up to ensure positive outcome.   ·         Demonstrates awareness and actively strives to achieve store targets for sales, profit and bonusclub, utilizing multichannel / marketing and store PR events.   ·         Ability to adopt a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business   ·         Utilises all available information to ensure that promotions are launched correctly, standards are implemented and maintained and replenishment is actioned in line with company directives   ·         To seek opportunities to develop and to learn from past experiences with a view to improving future performance.
