We are currently seeking candidates who are looking for a new opportunity within an FMCG environment to join our clients existing team based in Worksop. Our client is interested in candidates with experience in the food industry that are strong team leaders and possess the ability to drive team performance to maximise efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: ·         To ensure safe working practices are adopted at all times in accordance with health and safety policies, procedures and legislation ·         To co-ordinate the transfer and correct use of materials from preparation, ensuring traceability is maintained at all times ·         To adhere to the product specification all times to manufacture quality products efficiently and within time and quantity parameters ·         To drive and motivate team performance to meet and exceed daily targets and deadlines ·         Accurately and timely complete all required documentation to enable clear traceability Person Specifications Desired skills and attributes for the successful candidate: ·         Experience in the food industry is essential ·         Strong numeracy and literacy skills ·         Ability to use own initiative ·         Confident approach when dealing with internal and external customers ·         Time management and tenacity ·         Leadership – coaching and developing ·         Problem Solving ·         Team working and the ability to work unsupervised Benefits • Permanent position • Free onsite parking To apply, please forward a copy of your CV to or contact (01909) 482277.
