Supplier Relationship Manager Salary: £28000 - £38000 per annum An interesting and varied role has become available for an SRM Deployment Coordinator to work with my client, a world renowned automotive manufacturer who are leaders in their field. As SRM Deployment Coordinator you will be working initially on a 12 months fixed term contract with a potential to becoming permanent after this time. Purpose of the Job: My client is reforming the way indirect goods and services are procured across Europe by building a new Pan European Indirect Procurement Team, this significant change is part of a large reformation programme. With a substantial annual spend profile it is vital that this spend is managed efficiently in line with company policy & process. The key task of the Deployment Coordinator is to manage the roll out across the 29 European entities to ensure a smooth transition to the new Pan-European ways of working. In order to support the project the role of a Supplier Relationship Deployment Coordinator will also be involved in testing the SAP solution in order to build training materials and obtain a good knowledge of the SAP SRM solution first hand. This role is a great opportunity for a highly individual who enjoys managing change and who has the tenacity to realise a strong vision. Responsibilities - Responsible for overall deployment & change management in each entity - Creation of Training Material & Template roll out materials for deployment - Develop a strong working relationship with the local change people, requestors & Approvers to ensure strong Procurement Governance and mitigate Maverick Spending. - Resolve identified change related issue, or escalate to the appropriate Management team (either local entity, Legal or Pan E Project) for resolution - Work with the project team to define and test the delivered technologies to support the new ways of working. - Manage where areas of noncompliance have been identified post deployment find the root cause and countermeasure quickly and efficiently. - Carry out post go live audits to ensure entity has embedded new ways of working correctly. - Work with the Procurement SST Manager & Procurement Teams to appraise and improve Procurements performance on an on-going basis - To report progress of the project roll out to Legal & the Project team. Required Competencies - Methodical, completer finisher with good attention to detail - Able to establish a good working relationship with a wide variety of stakeholders across Europe - Able to communicate in a logical simple manner to train and on-board business in different countries. - Must be able to report status and identify challenges before they impact the project delivery. - Able to travel across Europe, from a planned perspective or at short notice to resolve issues - Assertive team player - Self-starter and resilient - Able to handle many, potentially conflicting priorities.
