Your new company This Liverpool based Architects have won large scale projects and are now looking to expand their team. They are working on multi million pound Student accommodation, Residential and Commercial projects. Their vibrant offices are based in Liverpool and provide an excellent working environment. Due to new projects and a strong pipeline, an experienced Revit Technician is required. Your new role You will be required to take the lead and produce technical drawings and details using BIM and be a point of contact for clients and contractors. You will be supported by Architects and the Director whilst working on multiple projects mainly in Liverpool but also across the country. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience as an Architectural Technician will lead to your success. You will need to have been using Revit on live projects for at least 2 years to be successful. You will need to be hard working and a strong team player. Experience working on Residential and Commercial projects is essential. What you'll get in return You will be offered a competitive salary between £36,000 and £40,000. You will work from a new office in an excellent location. You will receive training and support from the company Director and also be given high levels of responsibility whilst working on projects. Free parking is available at the office and work hours are flexible.
