Salary: Up to £15,500 Basic, OTE £23,000 per annum Term: Full Time, Permanent Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Experienced Service Care Consultant Required For Franchise Main Dealer. Our Client a Franchise Main Dealer in Manchester is looking for a Service Care Consultant for their expanding busy Contact Centre. * You will be required to handle both incoming and make outbound telephone calls to both new and existing customers. * Your role will be to make appointments for customers to visit their dealerships to provide opportunities to do business in both sales and aftersales. * You will be required to achieve relatively achievable monthly conversion rates and look for additional opportunities to upsell products. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a sales or customer service based environment either face to face or on the phone and be highly motivated and enthusiastic. Previous experience in the automotive trade is advantageous but not essential as full training will be given. This role will involve a high level of inbound and outbound calls so an articulate, excellent telephone manner is essential.
