A specialist M&E Contractor based in Central London is currently looking for a M&E Project Manager to work on exciting complex commercial developments in Essex and London. This is a company that has grown steadily over the last 40 years with an emphasis on building its reputation and experience, rather than chasing expansion, that continues to place the company in a position to offer the best possible service to its clients. As an M&E PM your day to day duties will vary from ensuring the successful completion of Mechanical & Electrical installation projects; ensuring all activities are delivered to the agreed time, cost, service, specification and presentation. You will be expected to attend site meetings and organising the procurement of labour and material. In addition you will be building commercial relationships with clients on an engineering level almost on a daily basis. The successful applicant will be focused and highly-driven, who will not be fazed by the excellent quality of work that is expected from them. They are looking for someone who is extremely loyal and committed to their work, who doesn't mind going over and beyond what is expected of them. You will need to have experience working on the sub-contractor side and with new build projects. It is essential that you have experience of Mechanical Building Services installations, and a strong foundational knowledge collected from a recognised trade qualification like HND or relevant equivalent.
