They are seeking a Digital Marketer to work within their growing digital team in Essex. You are a talented marketer that has a deep understanding of digital. You are confident, articulate, and able to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of Designers, Developers, and Project Managers, serving a diverse range of clients. Their clients are as varied as can be so youll need to move from one project to the next without missing a beat. You are professional and understand that hard work gets results. You have ambition and drive, and want to produce fantastic work that you are proud of. Youll need to learn quickly and prove yourself so leave your ego at the door. You demand the highest quality from yourself and your colleagues, whilst understanding the constraints of time and budget. Youll need to be able to contribute ideas, but most importantly, execute them quickly and competently. In summary, they are looking for people that believe in their abilities, can work readily within a team, and bring absolutely everything to a project. From your first day you will be working on an array of projects such as; creating strategies that involve multi-channel marketing activities to meet business goals for clients, producing analytical data reports to present ROI for a client spend, managing multiple PPC accounts on an ongoing basis, and creating impactful email marketing campaigns. What they would like to see: - Be a smart strategic thinker that has a proven ability to deliver demonstrable ROI for clients. - Have experience working across multiple marketing channels to increase site traffic, website conversions, commerce turnover, and brand visibility. These channels are to include but not be limited to; paid advertising, search optimisation, measurement and reporting, email marketing, social media, and marketing strategy. - Have accurate copywriting skills, a deep understanding of creating valuable content, and have excellent attention to detail. - Working knowledge of industry tools and systems. They use Google Apps, Campaign Monitor, and Wordpress. - Have the ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team. - Work with Project Managers to manage retainer work.
