Mac / Windows 1st Line Support Analyst - South London A successful IT service provider who specialise in Apple technology are looking for an experienced Service Desk Analyst with skills in both Mac and Windows. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with cross platform experience to work within a growing company who use the latest Mac and Windows systems. Working as part of a support team, this role will involve providing remote support for a range of clients over telephone and email and working with the most up to date technologies. You will be expected to provide a high level of 1st line helpdesk/service desk support, logging calls and escalating where necessary. This Mac/Windows Helpdesk Analyst role is paying a starting salary of up to £25,000 depending on skills and experience and includes 22 days annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays).
