Were opening a fantastic new Showroom in Hereford and need an enthusiastic, driven Showroom Manager to join us, leading the Showroom to success!. Working within our new concept showrooms, our successful Showroom Managers lead by example, are fully accountable for all operational activity whilst also providing clear leadership; supporting, coaching and mentoring your colleagues. In this role you will be passionate, inspiring and engaging and need to know how to manage a busy and organised Showroom effectively, so youll have a few years of retail management experience behind you, ideally in a similar environment. You will be target driven, self-motivated and thrive on delivering the best customer experience at the same time as delivering on the companys commercial objectives.
