Procedure Writer About the role The Procedure Writer is a key role within the HR Operations Centre. As well as supporting the project team in procedure writing in line with project plan requirements the role will also be responsible for identifying and implementing best practice in procedure documentation meeting Capita and Client needs. What you will do: * Work with the Project Manager and Business Analysts to impact assess and deliver both new and procedure change requirements. * Manage and oversee SharePoint content changes and issues for the HRSC. * Provide support to the change management process including liaison with external partners to ensure all contractual process documentation is maintained and revised as necessary. * Work closely with the Operational Teams to gather requirements and support business analysts in documenting the change. * Work with external and internal colleagues to define and implement procedure changes and solutions. * Continually observe and analyse existing procedures to identify best practice and ensure continuous improvement Your experience will include: * Procedure Writing Experience * Experience of supporting Change Management * Experience in administering and supporting Content Management Systems * Ability to understand system business requirements and translate into formal documentation * Experience in Continuous Improvement processes What's in it for you?
