This presents a fantastic opportunity to move into a well-ran home with an excellent track record and settled workforce. Title: Home Manager. Location: Leicester. Salary: £40,000-£50,000 pa experience dependent. Start date: ASAP. Hours: Whatever is required!. Description:. As Home Manager, you will be responsible for running all aspects of the Home. Leadership and personal skills are vital, to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care. You will be given the autonomy to implement change, and you can rely on your higher management for support. While a large company, our client prides itself on the highest standards of resident-focused care. You must be prepared to pull out all the stops, in order to convey this message and provide a high quality service.
