(Please note this is an external position and is not employment with East Riding of Yorkshire Council). Further Information. A 52 year old lady living in Beverley requires x2 Personal Assistants to job share 16 hours per week. She suffers from a number of difficulties and disabilities that affect her on a daily basis which include Asperger Syndrome or high functioning Autism, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, (Dyscalculia undiagnosed). Duties will include- helping her have a good daily routine, meal preparation, reminder to take medication, support with some household tasks. Ideal candidate - would be someone who has an understanding of adults with Autism, someone who is organised, trustworthy, caring , well motivated, someone who is good at prompting and a good communicator. Candidate must have a Driving license. Also candidate must be comfortable with cats. Times/Days Required - Mon, Tue and Thurs 10am to 11.30 am. Mon to Fri 7.30pm to 9.00pm. Sun 7pm to 9pm. Also 2 hours a week which are flexible. (for appointment etc.). Interviews to be held the week starting 25th April.
