We are currently recruiting for Sales Advisors in the Swindon area. As a leading electronics retailer, we are looking to strengthen our team due to growth within the business and this is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our 220 stores nationwide. We strive towards a reputation for providing quality goods with customer service at the heart of everything we do. You will be responsible for offering unrivalled customer service by greeting our customers and making them feel welcome whilst providing advice and guidance to help our customers find the right product. You will be people and performance focussed with the ability to work in a fast paced environment and the ability to maintain the high Company store standards. You will: -Deliver exceptional customer service and help to build customer loyalty to the brand -Help to drive sales through delivery of strong product knowledge -Maintain high presentation standards within the store at all time -Work to key performance indicators alongside your team -Act as a brand ambassador, resulting a positive brand experience for the customer at all times - Achieve and surpass individual and team targets. Full in store training will be provided to help you learn about the products we sell therefore no electronic retail experience is necessary, just a desire to achieve and a proactive and positive attitude.
