The Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for an efficient and customer focused Operations Support Administrator to work within their busy Operations Department. As part of this team the Operations Support Administrator will play a vital role in offering administrative, operational and telephone support to clients, patients and team members. Duties will include: : Contacting patients to offer appointments with optical practices, and administering the bookings process including onward referrals to hospitals and GPSs : Assisting with the administration of new projects, by issuing contracts, maintaining records and reporting on project progress : Providing training and writing non:technical documentation for users : Collating information on optical and pharmacy practice for purposes of an end user set up Working hours are 35 per week, and may include some evenings and Saturday mornings. The candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills.
