Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Immediate Start.

My client is in need of an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work in a high profile, commercial/retail environment on an established static contract in Central London. Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm working at an hourly rate of £17ph this is a temporary role with work through till the end of Feb however if you prove that you are hardworking and reliable you will be put forward for on-going roles whilst completing the contract. Duties: 1. Able to demonstrate a proven track record with(post apprenticeship) experience of planned maintenance in a highly regulated environment. 2. Isolates defective equipment from power supply, checks visually for faults, tests mechanical parts for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem. 3.PPM, Reactive Maintenance , Lighting & emergency lighting etc. Experience with AHU’s, FCU’s, Chillers, Boilers, BMS. Goodall round building maintenance knowledge is required. Qualifications/Requirements 1. Qualified to City & Guilds 2360 Part 1 & 2 or equivalent NVQ & C&G 2382 -10 17th Edition 2. Experience of Electrical Maintenance (PPM& Reactive maintenance)
