Head Chef Required - Large 120 bedroom Hotel - To £38,000 - Extensive C&B facilities - Great Group - We are currently recruiting a head chef for a luxurious 4 star hotel with 120 bedrooms within commutable distance of Nottingham. The Hotel boasts a brasserie style restaurant, busy bar and 13 C&B rooms catering for up to 500 banqueting. The property is owned by a great national group which offers plenty of long term opportunities. Typical duties will include: Writing, costing and pricing menus Raising the standard of the cuisine Managing the kitchens GP Managing the kitchen rota Working closely with HR with regards to training and development of the junior chefs Ensuring Health and Safety, COSHH and HACCP records are kept Ensuring company standards are maintained Ideal candidates for the role: Ideal candidates for the role will have head chef experience within large multi outlet properties You will be happy writing and costing your own menus but will also be happy working to company specifications (e.g Bar and rooms service menus) You will have high volume banqueting experience Benefits on offer: There is a salary on offer of up to £38,000 You will receive a company pension You will work for a leading national company There will be opportunities to grow your career within the group If you would like more information on this role or would like to be considered please reply to this advert with a recent copy copy of your CV.
