Bretsa Early years are working closely with as well established nursery who are currently looking for experienced Nursery Chef to join their team in Blackheath. Competitive salary range A GBP 8.00 : A GBP 9.00 per hour depending on experience This is full time position based on 30 hours per week worked over 5 days working from 9:30 am to 4:00 pm with a 30 minute break 24 days paid holiday per year as well as one week at Christmas and all bank holidays Duties will include: * Preparation of weekly menus, taking into account any special dietary requirements * Ordering and stock rotation * Catering budgets * Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times * Observe high standards of food hygiene The Candidate must have: * Minimum of one years proven catering experience.
