Opus are currently retained by a Fintech start-up that require a Head of Technology to join their growing business.  The Head of Technology will be responsible for managing the organisations technology proposition across Systems Architecture, Information Security, Product Development and Marketing. The role will report directly into the organisations CTO. The right candidate will have the following experience: Fintech or Start up background. Experience as a Head of Product or Head of Technology for a growing start up. Matrix and Line Management experience Strong understanding of both front and back end development applications Experience working with Agile teams.
