National Consultancy Quantity Surveyor- Manchester £23,000 - £38,000 plus benefits. Manchester A leading international consultancy within the UK are looking to source an aspiring Quantity Surveyor to join their reputable team. This particular consultancy are within the top 3 leading practices in the UK and currently working on major projects in the North West. You will be working predominately within the commercial, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors. Project values range from £500,000 to £50million+ and require a knowledgeable surveyor who has had experience of preparing tender and contract documents, assisting in establishing a clients requirements and undertaking feasibility studies, performing risk, value management and cost control, preparing and analysing costings for tenders, allocating work to subcontractors and providing advice on contractual claims.
