Curve, one of Britain’s leading producing theatre’s has an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team within the Facilities Department. The post holder will manage the provision of maintenance services for buildings owned or operated by Leicester Theatre Trust to agreed standards and budgets. The role also encompasses the implementation of agreed new work or modification projects together with monitoring and managing the performance of facility related service level agreements and warranties. The successful applicant will have proven experience in the operation and management of the Building Management System. They will also be responsible for managing and overseeing the Environment strategy, preventative and reactive maintenance programmes according to the industry norms and standards. You will act as the assigned responsible fire person for the building and delegated responsible person for Health and Safety.
