We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented, people focused and target driven Branch Manager to join our established showroom at Crawley. As a Branch Manager within our Goldsmiths showrooms you will be responsible for the efficient operation of the store, ensuring that exceptional store standards are achieved and maintained. You will be responsible for recruiting and developing great people in order to grow your high performing team. You will be an inspirational role model for all store colleagues demonstrating the Company Vision and Values everyday. The successful candidate will have the following key skills and experience: Essential : * Significant record of delivery in a retail unit/store * Ability to develop and implement business strategies and work to budgets * Ability to manage and deliver operating costs, identifying suitable efficiency improvements * Ability to develop broad internal/external networks * Evidence of leading and managing high performing teams for performance delivery against sales and process * Strong knowledge of legal requirements surrounding their role particularly in the areas of: IT literate o Retail law o Health & Safety o Security * * Proven sales ability * Highly numerate with ability to understand and analyse sales performance data Desirable: * Luxury watch/jewellery retail experience * External Jewellery or Retail qualifications * Jewellery and watch product knowledge * Visual merchandising skills * Advanced selling skills and negotiation skills * Previous recruitment experience * Previous experience with performance management processes * P & L experience * Additional language skills are extremely desirable, due to the diverse nature of our client base The successful candidate will be an accomplished Retail Manager and be able to demonstrate an impressive record of business development, excellent people skills and the ability to deliver the very highest store standards and customer service through their team. They will be experienced in a consultative selling environment, ideally with premium products. Jewellery and Watch experience is highly desirable but not essential as full product training will be given. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding and successful company.
