Essential Criteria A minimum or one year's experience as an Assistant Building Supervisor in a school or comparable position. Good communication and interpersonal skills: experience of directing and supporting others, experience of working within a team and of showing leadership to others. Fitness: experience of, and ability to engage in all kinds of porterage duties. Experience in cleaning and caretaking duties. Experience of working with children or able to demonstrate qualities suitable for working in a school environment. Desirable Criteria (in priority order) Ability to undertake handyperson duties. Ability to respond to alarm call-out within 20 minutes. Evidence of training relevant to Assistant Building Supervision duties.
