My client is a leading care home provider across Scotland. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced deputy care home manager for their home in Kirriemuir. Applicants need to have a strong focus on providing the best levels of care and be able to lead a nursing team. To oversee / maintain the care of all Residents within a designated area of the Care Home and, in the absence of the Home Manager and Deputy Home Manager, take responsibility for the day to day running of the Care Home. To delegate tasks and monitor all junior Staff activity.Essential Qualities and Skills: 1st Level Nurse Clinical Expertise in Professional area of qualification Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Team player Genuine interest in working with the relevant Resident group Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVA List (where applicable) Desired Qualities and Skills: Care for the Elderly experience / qualification Previous management / supervisory experience
