Graduate / Junior Software Developers required by a fast-growth company to join their expanding Development Team. We have openings in their C# .NET team as well as a team focused on Front End / JavaScript development. Youll use your knowledge of Object Oriented Principles (OOP) gained from your BSc Computer Science (or similar) degree. You dont necessarily need to bring C#, VB.NET or JavaScript experience - you may have studied Java or C++ at Uni, for exmaple. Wed expect you to have been a top performer (2:1 or above) or you may have a year or twos work experience in a software development role. This is a company who have a great track record in bringing in Graduate / Junior Software Developers and giving them fantastic real-work experience with a hugely successful firm whilst, at the same time, offering the chance to gain professional Microsoft certifications, for example. They put their Developers on a development programme so you have a clear path to progress within the company. This Graduate / Junior Software Developer will have the opportunity to learn the ropes from experienced C# and VB.NET and JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3 Developers as well as working alongside other juniors. Youll be working on multiple short-term projects rather than a 6 month project working at snails pace so youll be a Programmer who likes to be constantly challenged and busy. These are exciting times for a small team who are growing all the time; there are plenty of new challenges ahead. This Graduate / Junior Software Developer will join a company where the technical bar is set very high but, at the same time, the staff retention rate is strong, too. Salary is £20-28k + bonus + contributory pension + 25 days holiday. Its a Monday-Friday, 9-5 role.
