Transfer Pricing Manager A Transfer Pricing Manager is required to join the leading provider of technology and information solutions, as well as integrated tax compliance software and services to accounting, tax and corporate finance professionals around the World. The Transfer Pricing Manager will work with the Transfer Pricing Group responsible for preparing transfer pricing documentation studies on an outsourcing basis for clients. This is an excellent opening for an experienced Transfer Pricing Manager, with OECD Guidelines, to join a company who invest heavily in their employees. The Transfer Pricing Managers responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Managing all aspects of transfer pricing engagements including scoping, fact gathering, economic analysis and implementation. Delegating and reviewing work prepared by staff. Interacting with high-level tax executives including answering queries and requesting data necessary to prepare transfer pricing studies. Interested applicants will have current transfer pricing experience gained within a professional services or in-house environment and have had exposure to all specified transfer pricing methods including Comparable Uncontrolled Transactions, Cost Plus and Resale Price. You should also have a practical knowledge and prior application of IRS transfer pricing regulations and OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
