Lettings Negotiator - Willesden Green, London Up to £20k basic including car allowance. £35k OTE Our client are a well-established, independent estate agency looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their successful branch with guaranteed career progression. Duties of a Lettings Negotiator: * Achieving personal and branch forecasts while maintaining the highest standards of customer care and ethical conduct in all business dealings. * Valuing properties to let as appropriate. * Advising landlords of their legal obligations regarding gas, electricity, fire and furnishings, etc. * Keeping landlords and applicants informed of progress. * Registering enquiries from prospective landlords and booking assessments. * Qualifying applicants to assess their financial status prior to arranging viewings. * Ensuring an up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitor activities. * Selling all company products and services strongly and ethically to landlords, applicants, and their advisers alike. * Preparing accurate property details and ensuring accurate data entry. * Liaising with the credit referencing provider and updating applicants as to the progress of their references. * Ensuring the security of property after showing. * Ensuring the diary is kept up-to-date at all times. * Providing input on the weekly branch advertising. * Achieving and maintaining relevant industry qualifications.
