Senior System Support Engineer responsibilities; For the design and support of SQL and IIS infrastructure. Operational support to the Telepresence infrastructure. Investigating new technologies and processes to help streamline the business. Monitor and report on server, network, hardware and software. Supporting and leading the support team. To undertake technical and ITIL training and implementing standards.
