We are looking for professional, dedicated and experienced Learning Disabilties Support Workers who are committed to delivering high quality care to our clients in the Westbury area near Bath. It's essential you are as confident delivering personal care as you are enabling an individual to undertake the activities in life they desire. You should have a mindful approach of protecting the dignity of the individual and promoting their independence at all times. You will be working on either a 1-1 basis or within a small team of Support Workers based in a residential or nursing home. It is essential that you have access to your own vehicle.
