SQL BI Developer (Senior Business Intelligence Developer Risk BI SQL Server 2008/2012 SSAS MDX SSIS Kimball Banking Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following: Excellent SQL Developer experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and SQL Server 2012 R2 SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)- building and administering OLAP cubes and data marts for data warehouse purposes SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) for ETL The following would be DESIRABLE: Data warehousing/dimensional modelling/Kimball SQL Server 2014 Finance- in particular risk and regulatory reporting Agile Role: SQL BI Developer role within the investment banking arm of a bank in London. You will be involved in the growth and improvement of 4 SQL Server data warehouses producing Business Intelligence (BI) for risk reporting (market and credit risk) and other functions such as trading analysis. You will be working with SQL Server 2008 and 2012 and move to SQL 2014. You will work with the whole SQL BI stack- SSIS, SSAS and SSRS. The bank has a flat hierarchy and avoids process and bureaucracy. It is relaxed, sociable and meritocratic. You will be given excellent opportunities for training and progression.
