Sous Chef – Trendy Gastro Pub Sous Chef – Crouch Hill, North London £25k + excellent benefits and progression opportunities I am currently looking for an experienced and talented Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in running all aspects of the kitchen within this trendy gastro Pub which is part of an unbranded Group. This means you will have the best of both worlds - the support, benefits, incentives and opportunities of a larger, with the autonomy, creativity and individuality of an independent. I require a Sous Chef who wants the opportunity to assist the Head Chef in creating their own menu, to produce top quality cuisine using fresh and seasonal ingredients, putting together outstanding yet simple dishes, so creativity and a good eye for detail is essential.
