Interim HR Manager (Initially 6 months fixed term). Oxford. Circa £35,000 per annum. Permanent, 37 hours per week. Our client is a high quality mental health charity supporting individuals with mental health problems for over 30 years. They offer 24 hour supported living and learning environments where our residents can enhance their independent living skills. They are looking for an Interim HR Manager who is able to contribute to the development and delivery of the Business Plan. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to use their expertise to help create the right culture which empowers the business to drive their talent and capabilities to take the organisation forward. Essential Skills. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with previous experience in a HR Manager role. Key expertise in employee relations, change management and organisation design are essential. You will need to be able to work on your own initiative as well as flexibly to deal with changing priorities and tasks within the department. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill are also essential with the ability to be assertive, credible and able to challenge where necessary. The position is initially a 6 months fixed term contract but with the possibility of a permanent role.
