Part time Leasehold officer required for my client based in Loughborough on a temporary contract, initially until 24th June. Hours: 09.00 - 15.00, Monday - Friday. Purpose of the role:. - To play a part in ensuring my client achieves its vision and business objectives. - To ensure that tenants, leaseholders and customers are at the heart of all services and that all staff demonstrate a commitment to the development and implementation of the involvement frameworks. - To provide and efficient leasehold service which is responsive to statutory requirements, lease terms, corporate strategy, policies and key performance indicators. Essential skills & Knowledge. - Ability to plan and priortise effectively in order to achieve targets and meet deadlines. - Be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge and understanding of current and future leasehold requirements. - Ability to work on own initiative, to tight deadlines in an organised planned manner. - Able to maintain confidentiality. Able to demonstrate high level of integrity. Practical and hard working. - At least 5 GCSE's at grade C and above or equivalent. - Previous leasehold management experience. - Knowledge of housing legislation and leasehold management statute. - Experience and understanding of rents and service charges. - Proven experience of working and negotiating with leaseholders. Immediate start available. £16.00ph.
