My client is a leading Marketing consultancy in the online gaming sector. Working hand-in-hand with a leading brand you will be supporting the creation of custom marketing solutions designed ensure success across multiple markets. This position is for an SEO & Online PR Manager. Position Summary. The SEO & Online PR Coordinator will have the opportunity to design, develop and implement an integrated Search Engine Optimisation and Online PR strategy across all of my client's products and customer touch points in western hemisphere markets. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across all target markets including but not limited to Russia, Poland, Germany, Sweden, Norway and Italy as well as sourcing and managing external, geo-specific SEO and online PR opportunities with a focus on website optimization and targeted sports betting and casino traffic generations. What You'll Be Doing. - Create, manage and maintain an SEO/ online PR strategy across desktop and mobile. - High ranking/high volume sports book and casino games keywords (both long and short tail) are key KPIs. - Ensure that the company website(s) have been technically optimised to attract and engage those visitors that closely match the agreed profile of the target audience. - Create the necessary technical architecture to facilitate growth. - Drive SEO and online PR innovation that will grow organic traffic. - Work with content team to deliver optimised content to appropriate media owners. - Find scalable solutions to technical challenges and standardise the work flow related to SEO into the product development cycle, platforms and CMS. - Define, prioritise, and manage execution of market specific SEO tactical initiatives, including keyword research, competitive analyses, keyword performance analyses, site auditing, on-site optimizations, link building. What You'll Need to Have:. - Strategic and creative thinker - constant focus on innovative but measurable solutions. - Not just an excellent technical SEO manager - this role requires a proactive individual who will hunt down media/link placement opportunities in target markets. - Strong communication and presentation skills - spoken, written, or visual - for internal teams and external stakeholders. - An inquisitive, analytical and enthusiastic mind would suit this position. - Minimum 4 years' experience in an SEO/online PR capacity, ideally within multiple European markets (ideally with exposure to Russian, Scandinavian, Polish, German and UK markets). - Experience in sourcing, managing and closing deals with multiple, geo-specific SEO vendors and media owners. - Proven ability to identify technical SEO problems and opportunities, knowledge of research and analytics tools, and technical understanding to provide recommendations and solutions across web and mobile. - Experience with content re-marketing and link building to achieve challenging SEO KPIs. - Knowledge, desire and ability to deliver tactical, ad hoc projects (you must execute the optimization, not just create the strategy).
