Senior Payroll Clerk:. £25k, immediate start, Peterborough, growing business + free parking Job Title: Senior Payroll Clerk Job Location: Peterborough Job Salary: £25,000 per annum Job Type: Permanent Your new company My client is a well established market leader within their industry who are looking to recruit an experienced senior payroll clerk as they are growing rapidly with other sites opening in the UK. I have been working with this client for a while and they are known for their support and development within staff. Your new role Your job will involve liaising with site managers to ensure time & attendance system is maintained, preparing the payment of staff salaries and organising the monthly payroll runs. Your job will also involve administering the SSP and Statutory Maternity Pay, processing starters and leavers with support from a payroll clerk. What youll need to succeed To be successful in this job, you will need to have excellent communication skills and experience within a similar role with up-to-date knowledge of payroll processes and legislation. SAGE Payroll experience is beneficial but not essential. You will need strong IT literacy to succeed in the role.
