Salesforce Lead Developer - APEX / SOAP / VISUALFORCE / FORCE.COM My client, a global end user with over a 1000 seat Salesforce.com implementation just in the UK alone is looking for a Salesforce.com lead developer / Technical Lead. You will report to the Head of Technical Delivery and you will responsible for the successful delivery and release of solutions and services developed by their internal Engineers. You will be part an essential internal integration project, as well as helping an early stage Org rebuilding programme. Key Job Responsibilities *Be the technical subject matter expert for solutions in their area and single point of contact for technical and delivery queries by third party delivery partners. *To be passionate about the craft of software development and the delivery of quality digital product. *Responsible for working with Business Analysts, and Architects as well as the Delivery Partner to ensure the projects outputs are validated against the Functional Specification. *This will be 80% Salesforce.com focussed, with 20% working with Java. *Helping with the architectural mainframe to rebuild and develop existing Orgs. Requirements/Skills *Knowledge / experience of core Salesforce.com design and development is highly desirable *Working knowledge of SOA (ESB, REST, SOAP, messaging) *Knowledge of any of Java, APEX and the force.com platform. *At least several years programming background on Salesforce.com *Experience with payment processing and transactional systems is required. *Experience with software design concepts, practices, and modern development methodologies The client described their Org as the old Wembley stadium.
